Never, Never get a Motorola Cell Phone!
Ok, So I have had cell phones for like 5 years now and never in my entire life have I had one just start sucking as often as Motorola. The one I have no has been replaced 3 times. Now this one is staring to suck. I had Nokias for 4 years with no problems. So to sum it up, ignore what the salesman says, and buy yourself a Nokia.
