Stupid Twit

I can not figure out Twitter. I find it awkward and hard to deal with. Everyone keeps claiming that I can control when the updates come to my phone, but I can not figure out how to do this. Help please. Every time I try to escape twitter for good, someone like, Ben Lyons, Jason Mraz, Brody Jenner or Big Foot convinces me to give it one more shot. The things my celebrity boyfriends convince me to do is ridiculous. My gay celeb boyfriend sent this out today:

Best/Worst Day

A bad thing happened this weekend. While surfing through channels early Sunday morning I stumbled upon this Kelli Pickler music video. And now I am totally in love with this song! WTF!?! I HATE country music. But now I want to listen to this song all day everyday. In my defense, at least its pretty pop music sounding. Honestly give it a listen. Also I think the video is great.

PS I think my IPod broke. Fuck you Apple. Fuck you.

I hate AT&T and I hate my cell phone. For 2 hours I have been trying to post a ridculous photo of a woman in a spangeled out witch hat. I saw this spectical when I saw Wicked on Saturday. But because my phone and AT&T are total losers you will never see this hat. So please imagine it. There I hoped it looked as crazy to you as it did to me. Have a nice day. Date Night :)

Well kids, it happened. I went on a real live date Saturday! I know! Who remembers the last time I went on a date. I don't. The boy I heart from DC came to town this weekend, and after the soccer game, we went to dinner. And he paid! I picked him up at his hotel then we headed to Macaroni Grill for some pasta. It was so fun. He was so cute and nice I had a great time. The only sad part was he was injured from the game, so he limped around the whole night. After dinner we went to Keys on Main, then over to Circle Lounge to meet up with some REAL/DC boys and Hiba. After a late night at the Beckerman/Findley/Wingert manison, we picked up some Del Taco, then we "chilled" at the hotel for awhile. I did not get home to 6am. Wow. Happy Easter.
It was so fun to be taken out. I got all dressed up with heels and everything despite the rain. It just makes me sad because now he is gone and I am back at work. Also, because I'm a total idiot,I forgot to take a picture of us. Fail.

Is it the weekend yet?

Monday is the worst. I could not get out of bed today. Its such a bright and sunny day outside and now I'm stuck in the office. Oh well. Had quite the weekend. Friday night me and my ladies went out salsa dancing. That was interesting. At one point, I ended up dancing with some dude that resembled this dude:

Homeboy started out fine, then he decided to put my finger in his mouth and this prompted me to shove him and yell "No Bueno!!"
Saturday I was pretty beat so after a late lunch with my mom I headed to the spa. All was well on my end, I had a very nice facial.

That night it was cold and rainy so I decided to rent "Role Models" and eat tigers blood Popsicles and chips and salsa. The movie was very funny. I love me some Paul Rudd. This movie was much better then I "I Love you Man" But neither one is half as Awesome as "Forgetting Sarah Marshall".

Sunday was a chill day as well. Snacks at the Dodo and then a trip to the new Nordstrom. It was such a lovely weekend,(minus the finger in the strangers mouth) I think that's why I just couldn't get up today.
I am however VERY excited for next weekend! ;) So the faster this week wants to go by, the better.

My favorite Broadway couple are preggers! Yeah! You know I love me some Taye and Idina. Lets hope this doesn't backfire and the baby turns out ugly and untalented. Remember that time I met her and cried? Yep, that was awkward...

Weekend Update.

My good work friend Rachel is peacing out and moving to Texas next week. Saturday we headed out to the Red Door to wish her farewell. What a time! We drank our fair share and had a totally fun night! I will miss her. :(

Saturday it was a rough time pulling myself out of bed when I finally got my shit together we headed out to the first unofficial REAL game of the season. YEAH FOR SOCCER SEASON!

Saturday night I was so beat I couldn't even pull myself off the couch to leave the house.
PS Its Monday now and its snowing. WTF.

Awkward moment of the week.

Today my mother went to the Ipod store at the Gateway to get her Ipod fixed. While at the store she saw a boy she deemed cute. She then proceeded to walk up to this poor fellow and ask if he knew me. WTF. This comes 3rd in line of my mothers most embarrassing moments followed second by the REAL/DC airport fiasco of '08. And this past summers dread touching disaster. Whats a girl to do?

I am completely heart broken to report that my mother had to put my first real pet, Moonshadow to sleep on Saturday. Moon was very old, smelly and mean, but I loved her dearly. I remember the first time I saw her this sickly, greasy cat with huge ears. I held her in my arms and promised her I would take care of her till she was better. My mom wouldn't let her sleep in my bed the first night, so I snuck out and slept on the kitchen floor with her. That was the first time I saved her life. A few years later my mom backed over her in the car, long story short after much crying and fighting I convinced my mom and the vet not to put her to sleep, that marks the second time. Round three came when animal control wanted to put her down because she bite my aunt. You better believe I fought them tooth and nail. This time? I didn't get to do a damn thing. I didn't even get to say goodbye.

A case of the Mondays

Yes folks, I've got them a horrible case of the Mondays. I just feel a general overall sense of blah. I wish I were home curled up in my bed. Plus, its snowing.
Last week was a ridiculous expensive train wreck. One damn thing after another. A bunch of peeps at my work got laid off. I went to the dentist and found out I had 3 cavities. So I went in on Thurs and got one filled. I found out they were going to shut our gas off, so I then had to fork over 150 dollars to the gas company. Yuck. I also bashed my car into one of the two that's right two, light posts in my work parking lot. Who knows how much that's going to cost to fix. eek.
I did however have a fun weekend with my girls. First we went to sushi, with the hottest sushi chef I had ever seen. Seriously, so pretty, I had a hard time with the ordering process.

Mayra hooked us up with some VIP passes to "The Hotel", so we spent our Saturday night dancing and making fun of girls in ridiculous outfits. That was going swimmingly till that x friend of mine who dumped on myspace (CoughBarbaraCough) showed up creating a wee bit o' awkwardness. But anywoo, after Hotel we went back to our apartment for a Del Taco picnic that ended up with me falling asleep on the couch. The new Nordstrom opened out and the Fashion Place and I am happy to report its fantastic. Now if they would just open the Sephora. All would be right in the world.

New Years 05/06 I wanna say. I had knee surgery a week before and going out was probably the WORST idea ever. Anywhoo, Jayleane me and someone else, Em or Barbara maybe? (Give me a break I was taking Lortab for the pain...) Went to some random party in the Aves. I remember being terrified the whole time that someone would knock me down, because I was still on crutches. Anywoo, we found David Fetzer (pictured above) who, by the way I took to Jr Prom my sophomore year, and he kissed us all at midnight.
